In this class we explore the philosophy of seasonings and spices from east African philosophy. With a special guest culinary expert from Sudan, we will be seasoning food with an Ethiopian and Sudanese theme. We will create Almond Milk Kefir, a truly authentic Sudanese Tahini Sauce and a traditional Lamb Mullah! For your before and after reading, the Chef will be providing an optional reading list to accent your cultural experience.
