Good Morning Hungry People! #BananaBread fresh out of the oven for the boys before school! Our sons love this banana bread so much that I felt I needed to share this very simple recipe with you. Here is the recipe :
Preheat your oven to 375°
2 cups of Bisquick, pancake and baking mix
One cup of granulated white sugar
1 tablespoon of vanilla
One large egg, beaten
Pinch of salt
Three or four ripe bananas
If you don’t have Bisquick, you can use regular all purpose, flour, and add a 1/2 teaspoon of baking SODA. (Not baking powder.)
Many recipes will have you taking several complicated steps for blending together all of the ingredients and I can’t say that they are wrong wrong or right, all I can say is that this recipe is very simple and straightforward. The recipe is designed to be made quickly and without a lot of complicated steps. ￼
Step one: In a large mixing bowl blend together all of your ingredients until the bananas are fully broken up. What you should have is a creamy batter with small little lumps of banana.
Step two: Make your cake pan nonstick by using a combination of Pam spray or oil. Then on top of that sprinkle some all purpose flour for an extra nonstick coating.
Step three: Pour banana bread batter and make sure it is evenly distributed throughout the pan.
Step four: Bake the banana bread in the oven for approximately 45 to 55 minutes or until you can insert a toothpick and remove it without any uncooked batter.
Step five: Allow the banana bread to cool for approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Slice and serve too your family and enjoy. ￼
