Mindfulness and meditation have deep roots in Africa and can be a powerful method for self-discovery and enhancing emotional productivity. Please join us on this 21 day journey of meditation and mindfulness. You get daily prompts explaining how to do sitting meditation plus mindfulness checks at the end of each day.
